Why does a comment only get one message?
Instagram allows one private reply per comment, and only within seven days of that comment. It is a platform rule, not a plan limit, so it is the same on every tool built on the official API. After that first message, the conversation continues only if the person answers.
Where does the 24 hour window come from?
Once somebody writes to your account, Instagram keeps the thread open for 24 hours. When those hours pass without a new message from them, the thread closes and nothing more can be sent. Flows here are built to finish inside that window instead of pretending it does not exist.
Does this follow the Instagram rules?
It is built on the official Instagram API for professional accounts. We never ask for your password, we do not read anything you have not connected, every conversation says it is automated, and the word STOP ends it. Instagram and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.; this product is independent and is not endorsed by Meta.
What happens when a post goes far beyond the usual?
The comments queue up and go out at a pace the platform accepts, rather than being fired off at once and cut short by a rate limit. You see the queue draining live. Comments that arrive when the queue is longer than the seven day reply rule allows are marked as missed instead of being quietly dropped.
What do I need before I connect?
An Instagram professional account, which means a business or creator account, and the Facebook Page it is linked to. Both are free to switch on in the Instagram app. Personal accounts cannot receive automated replies through the API.
Can I take over a conversation myself?
Yes. Every message sits in a shared inbox. Writing back by hand pauses the automation for that person, so a robot never talks over you halfway through a real conversation.
Is Replyz already sending messages for everyone?
Replyz is completing Meta's app review. Until permissions are granted, a new workspace runs in sandbox mode: you can connect, build automations and walk through the whole conversation, and every message is clearly marked as sandbox instead of being delivered to a real person. The screen always tells you which mode you are in.
How do I cancel or delete my data?
Cancelling takes one click on the billing page and access lasts until the period you paid for ends. Deleting the workspace removes the messages, the subscriber list and the stored Instagram token, and the data deletion page explains exactly what goes and when.
