Delete your data
Replyz stores the conversations that businesses have with people who commented on their Instagram posts. If one of those conversations was yours, you can have every record of it removed. Four routes, all of them work, all of them free.
Check a request
Enter the confirmation code you were given when the request was made.
Four ways to have your data removed
1. Reply STOP in the conversation
The fastest route. Messaging stops at once and permanently, for that business and for any automation it runs. Add a second message asking for deletion if you also want the history removed.
2. Remove the app in Instagram
In the Instagram app, open Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites, and remove Replyz. Instagram tells us immediately. We drop the access token, start the deletion and answer with a confirmation code you can check on this page.
3. Ask the business that messaged you
The business holding the conversation decides what it keeps, and we act on its instruction. Asking it directly is often the quickest way to have everything removed at once.
4. Write to us
Send an email to support@replyz.app with the Instagram username involved. We answer within 30 days, usually much sooner, and we reply with a confirmation code.
What is deleted, and what is not
Deleted: the subscriber record, the Instagram-scoped user id and username, the whole message history in both directions, the answers given to questions, the tags, and the access token if you were the account owner.
Kept: the record of the deletion request itself, which is the confirmation code, the date and the outcome, so that we can prove the request was honoured. It holds no message content. Invoices are also kept where tax law requires it, and only for account owners who paid for the service.
Deletion is finished within 30 days. From the moment a request is recorded, no automation can message that person again, even before the records are gone.
Data held by Instagram itself is outside our reach. The messages you exchanged live in your Instagram inbox too, and only Meta can remove them from there.
